ITS Group does not send messages to potential job applicants offering positions without first interviewing in person. If you have been the victim of a misleading message such as the sample below, please understand that this is not legitimate correspondence sent on our behalf.
We use industry standard SPF ( Sender Policy Framework) records to ensure recipients of our messages know that the source of said messages is legitimate. Correctly configured email accounts should direct messages that fail SPF validation to a junk mail or spam folder or deny delivery completely.
You can manually check the validity of any messages received by viewing the internet headers of the correspondence in question. Some helpful information about obtaining the internet headers of messages can be found at http://spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/19.html.
As noted in our public DNS records, we only send mail from the following IP addresses. Any messages NOT from these IP address ranges are forged and do not originate from our organization.
